Title: Connections to the Past

Summary: On the flight back from Idaho, Hotch realizes that he has to talk to Reid about the similarities between this recent case and Reid’s torment at the hands of Tobias Hankel.

Author’s Note: SPOILERS for Episode 5.22, “The Internet is Forever” specifically and Season 5 generally (including events from Episode 5.09, “100”). Also SPOILERS for Episode 2.15, “Revelations”.

This takes place in my Five Dinners universe, specifically in the timeline between dinner #4 and dinner #5. (All “Five Dinners” stories can be found here).

My only real disappointment with Episode 5.22, “The Internet is Forever” was that it really didn’t make the connection between the current case and what happened to Reid when he was kidnapped. This is an attempt to rectify that.

Name/nickname: My friends adress me as either "Hey you" or Zombie Mistress... I kid you not. (It's a long story- Its involves Shakespeare. And goats.  Do you really want to know?) Muse works just fine for online purposes, as does "Hey you."
Where are you from? Narnia... sometimes Canada... But mostly Narnia.
What colour is your hair? (Hey, it's better than being asked your age, isn't it?) Yes, it is. Currently, my hair is stop-sign red. Well, not anymore, 'cause it faded, but it will be again soon!
What's your favourite Hotch/Reid episode and/or scene? Oh, glorious possibilities... Up until recently, last Wednesday to be exact, it was "Wasn't sleeping." from Paradise. However, it is currently Hotch's, "Did you join a boy-band?" and the hurt/confused look on Reid's face when he answers, from The Internet Is Forever. Because we all know that later, Reid made Hotch kiss it better apologize.
Is there anything else we should know about you? I do write fanfiction, and although I currently have nothing started that's Hotch/Reid, I do have a few ideas. I am also an artist, and may or may not be doing some Hotch/Reid fanart, but currently I've got enough legitimate  art coursework to keep me from doing much else.
